Mentoring with Smart, Heart and Courage

Unlocking potential and providing opportunities for development has always been one of the biggest priorities for KFC. Our continued growth requires more and more leaders and great professionals in place to support and strengthen the success of our brand. Our new Mentorship Program will be a big part of that success, and we're really pleased that you'll be part of it too.

Meet your mentors

We've curated a growing group of senior leaders from across our regions, keen to collaborate as our program mentors. Our mentors work across all of our business functions and throughout the program will be sharing their perspectives and experiences to motivate and support the development of others.
